Who am I?
I'm Pauline Sugrue.
A food enthusiast, full-time chef and part-time blogger. I ran the successful Cafe Blend for many years in Donegal and I am a recent graduate of Ballymaloe Cookery School. I am now opening up my catering company and hope you can enjoy me on this journey! I hope to share my joy for cooking delicious, fresh, all-natural meals for all events! I hope to share these amazing recipes with other food lovers, just like me!

We provide a high quality personal service with using fresh simple and local ingredients .
We run a range of food experiences and culinary delights.
We are very excited to offer personal cheffing, cookery classes and bespoke catering . Simple locally sourced food provide excellent ingredients and are used throughout all our food experiences.
Anything we should know?
You'll have fun.
Classes are small and relaxed and full of fun . The teaching method is simple with emphasis on locally sourced produce.
Each class will have a baking component and a forgotten skill demonstrated as well as three or four other dishes
depending on the theme of the class.
The classes are held in the evening and day time mainly held at the Bank Ramelton but we are delighted to travel to you .
The cost of the class covers a glass of champagne on arrival, a booklet of recipes, some hands on and a meal of the food demonstrated and of course loads of tips.
Cooking classes are also a lovely way to have a night out with friends be it a birthday ,Friday night supper or just friends catching up in a fun and relaxed environment.

Popular themes are supper clubs , book clubs and social clubs.
Menus vary and we will help you pick your favourite style to match your event.
We can do bespoke catering for any of the above events and also for your home ,office , work place or business event
Please Note: Book early to avoid dissapoint, we limit our class sizes.
